I am new in MPAS and I tried to run the idealized supercell case following the tutorial but with different convection schemes to analyze its effect on the output. However, no matter the cumulus option I use, the atmosphere_model stops after some minutes. I am using MPAS version 7.0 with gcc and running the simulation with PBS. I have attached my namelist.atmosphere, log.atmosphere.0000.out and the error I get when using Grell-Freitas convection scheme.
I do not know how to make it work. Could anyone help me with it?
