I always get memory-related errors when I run the 4DVAR, which have not been solved so far, see another post for details（Memory-related error encountered while running 4dvar.) . And I reduce the number of inner loops to 1, the program can be executed to completion. But wrfvar_output still has problems, and shows a lot of variables with NAN values by diffwrf. What should i do with this problem?
Another question, does anyone know of other more active WRF/WRFDA community? This community is really not much activity.
