Failing to process static, terrestrial fileds

Dear Colleges,

I am running the init_atmosphere_model for processing static and terrestrial fields. You can see the errors in log.init_atmosphere.0000.out.txt and log.init_atmosphere.0000.err.txt files. My namelist and streams files are also attached.
Could you please look in the files and identify what is the reason for failure?

The generation of the sub-grid-scale orography fields for the GWDO scheme currently makes use of the 30-arc-second USGS land cover dataset, which is apparently no longer part of the default WPS download. If you download the USGS land cover dataset from www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/src/wps_files/landuse_30s.tar.bz2 and unpack it in the same directory as the other geographical datasets, I think that should resolve the issue.

We'll give some thought as to how we can better handle this to avoid confusion in future. Thanks for uncovering this issue!
