Hi all,
I am trying to do a full recompile after making changes in registry.chem. I am using WRF-Chem version 4.2.1 and have a working set up.
I now wished to add additional tendency arrays in WRF/Registry/registry.chem subroutine and issued a clean -a command.
I am now trying to compile the model the same way I did earlier and it is failing.
Alternatively, when I use the same working setup, make changes in registry.chem there and perform a recompile without clean -a it compiles successfully.
It is my understanding that a clean -a is necessary after making any registry changes.
Attaching here my compile log and configure.wrf
Please suggest any solution!
