Can you give me some guidance on best practices? My goal is to produce a good quality solution while not over-engineering it or doing a lot of test runs.

  1. How many forecast runs are needed to get a good result. 10? 100?
  2. How important to have seasonal variability in the forecast runs?
  3. Any advice on the value of CV? Does 6 or 7 provide a significant improvement over 5?
