Hi,
I would like to create a BE matrix to use for our WRFDA set up. I did this before on a local cluster, but I have now access to Cheyenne and would like to use the parallel capabilities of the gen_be scripts. My understanding is that the gen_be_stage4_regional.ksh script uses the bsub command with SMPAR env var set. I do I run this on Cheyenne? Where do I find the bsub command? How do I set up the variables NUM_JOBS, MACHINES, SMPAR (accessible through the gen_be_set_defaults.ksh) so to run these scripts efficiently on Cheyenne?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much and aloha,
Tiziana.
