Hi everyone,
I am performing Data Assimilation (DA) with GOES-ABI L1b Radiance data. I have linked all required data for the four domains (F, C, M1, and M2), including 3 channels: 8, 9 ,10, into the run directory. However, the system is reporting that no data was used in the assimilation. Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this?
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Reading netcdf goes ABI radiance data
Using GOES Full Disk files listed in file_list_GOES-16-ABI_F
Using GOES CONUS files listed in file_list_GOES-16-ABI_C
Using GOES MESO1 files listed in file_list_GOES-16-ABI_M1
Using GOES MESO2 files listed in file_list_GOES-16-ABI_M2
