Hi I want to ask about GPS radio occulation assimilation for refractivity data,
Is there someone did GPS RO data assimilation using ob.ascii instead of in bufr (gpsro.bufr from GDAS).
now, i already try assimilate gps rerfactivity in ob.ascii that i got from nc format data (from cosmic) and then i convert in little R format and then using obsproc i made gps refractivity ob .ascii. but when running in WRFDA its error and in rsl.eror it said that there is input conversion error on my ob.ascii.
is there anyone can help me what is the problem ?
