I encoutered a problem while trying to assimilate ZTD over some GNSS stations. I have estimated my ZTD from Bernese GNSS software along With the observation errors. I converted the values into a litte_R format. obs.proc successful. Now, attempting to run da_wrfvar.exe but my observations were all rejected. I discovered that my data did not pass QC for reasons not quite clear to me. I am attaching my obs.asci file, rsl.out.0000 and namelist_wrfda. Kindly help me examine the cause and solution to this problem.
