I am trying to learn wind speed data from one level of the meteorological tower (36 m). Whatever I tried, the field does not change. I have already conducted many experiments and adjusted various parameters, but the field does not change at all.

Maybe I'm not preparing the data in the OBSDATA file correctly? Maybe I shouldn't use minute data?
