On some machines, you can always find the CPU and wall-clock time the job takes from the output file. On other machines, like a Linux machine, you can estimate the wall-clock time by looking at the time when the first and last wrfout files are generated. The difference in between is a rough estimate of the wall-clock time the job will take.
