How to cite terrain datasets?

Dear WRF Community,
I'm using WPS-3.7.1 version and my namlist.wps is set in below:

geog_data_res = '30s', '30s', '3s'

Does this means I use the default USGS 24- category data? I attached the WRF users guide for V3.7.

Yes, for V3.7, using those settings indicates you're using USGS static fields. Take a look at this FAQ: References for geogrid static data
