How to generate LULC map or data in WPS

can anyone suggest how to generate LULC map/data of different year.
How to edit GEOGRID.TBL so i can generate LULC.

LULC is a static variable that is time-invariant. I don't think it changes with time.

if you want to know how to create your own LULC, Please take a look at the document https://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/tutorial/presentation_pdfs/201707/wps_advanced.pdf, which describes in detail how to introduce new LULC into WPS.
