how to get the hydrostatic MPAS-Atmosphere Model

May I ask where I can download the hydrostatic version of MPAS, or is there such a switch in the current version

The hydrostatic version of MPAS-A predates the v1.0 release and is generally not available. The non-hydrostatic MPAS-A model does not provide a hydrostatic switch as in WRF.

Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason you're interested in a hydrostatic version of MPAS-A?
