How to submit update to documentation?

The NSSL microphysics scheme in WRF has supported CHEM for some years, but apparently I have never actually submitted an update to the documentation. What is the route to do that? Thanks!

I can add it to the next user guide. Feel free to send me a writeup/edits to the existing UG and any PRs or references. Thanks!
