How to use restart option

Dear all,
I need to run the WRF-Chem version 4.4, with 3 nested domains from 2021-01-14 to 2021-01-31. I consider the two first week (14 days) as spin up, and the rest as the main results. In addition, I would like to use "restart" option. I read about how to use this option from below website:
but was not enough for me to follow. So how can I do this please? Would you please kindly advice me in this regard?

Hi,
See if the instructions in the WRF Users' Guide are more helpful for explaining restarts. Unless the rules are different for WRF-Chem (which is supported by a different group - there is a WRF-Chem section in this forum where you could inquire about this), you shouldn't need more than about 6-12 hours for spin-up.
