I was runing WRFCHEM-3.9.1 version on chpc but I got stocked when I could not compile emi_conv to generate emission_conv.exe for converting emission datasets to binary form. The compile is as follow:
> ./compile emi_conv

when I could not resolve this error then I tried to install WRF-4.1.2 with chemistry which I was also stocked during the compilation

please kindly advice me on what to do at this stage
