If there exists a detailed installation tutorial for wrf-cmaq Two Way Package?

Hi,

I am trying to install the wrf-cmaq Two Way Package according to "Download and install the WRF-CMAQ Two-Way Package" provided by CMAS. However, this guideline is not specific for me. I assume advise may be given in this forum.
