I am planning to run WRF-Chem (GHGs as passive tracers) to calculate budgets of CH4 and CO2. I am a bit confused in how to get the input file to calculate CH4 fluxes from wetlands (KAPLAN model). Do I need to run the the Lund-Postdam-Jena (LPJ) model to get the CPOOL (fast-decomposing soil C pool (gC/m2))? Is the CPOOL field available from another source?
