Is there a way to just build real.exe without building wrf?

Is there any option to just build real.exe, or just the wps suite without building the WRF model at the same time?

For the system I work on, real.exe only works compiled in serial, whereas I run wrf parallelized. Compilation takes very long on the system I am using. I would like to be able to quickly compile pieces of WPS, without building the full WRF model, because I am trying to debug something in real.exe.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

As far as I know, there is no option to turn off wrf.exe compiling and only keep real.exe ....
