Is there documentation on how the diagnostics are computed in UPP for the WRF model?

I am curious about how some of the diagnostics are computed within UPP for WRF applications. Do you have anything that documents this?
 
We do have a technical document that describes a number of diagnostic output fields. The diagnostics described are either generated within UPP or directly by the WRF-ARW, although this is not an exhaustive list of all diagnostics that UPP can output. Please see the attached document.
