Is UPP compatible with PnetCDF?

PnetCDF is not compatible with any of our UPP releases for building and running. It has recently been added to our develop branch for some models, but that does not include support for WRF output, and will likely not be added in the future.

WRF output where the WRF model was built/run with PnetCDF can be post-processed with UPP.
