Issue with CH4 simulation about wrfbdy

Hi!
I am trying to use WRF-Chem to do a CH4 simulation. Carbontracker is used as data to write initial and boundary conditions. But when I ran the code, I found that the distribution of methane variables in the wrfbdy file was the same in the vertical layers, which is unreasonable.
I want to know whether pre-research maybe provide the correct code to write boundary conditions?
I will appreciate it if you can help me!
