Libray compatibility tests

Hello everybody!
Somebody help me with instalation the WRF:

1. cp: no se puede efectuar `stat' sobre '/include/netcdf.inc': No existe el archivo o el directorio
The cuestion is: What should I do?

2. gfortran: error: -L/path_to_directory/WRF/Build_WRF/LIBRARIES/netcdf/lib: no existe el archivo o el directorio.
How do I solve this problem?

If my Spanish isn't too rusty, it means the folder doesn't exist? Did you install the program in one place and have it save its files in another one?
