Make WRF working on arm64 servers

Hello,

We have some customers want to use WRF on arm64 servers. And we have done the work to make WRF working on arm64 based on develop branch, we have took some function tests on arm64 and plan to propose a PR to github. We find the community CI is on https://ncar_jenkins.scalacomputing.com/ but we can't open it, is there any documents for it? Is it possible to provide arm64 CI in it?

As far as I understand the support for Linux ARM64 has been added with https://github.com/wrf-model/WRF/pull/1557

Is WRF being regularly tested on Linux ARM64 now ?
