MPAS-Av7.3 crashes when reading Thompson tables

I am running MPASv7.3 atmsophere with Thompson microhysics scheme. However, the model crashes soon. I have compiled in a debug mode and looked at the logs. To me it appears to be related to the reading of Thompson tables which had been created successfully. It has worked well earlier and even with MPASv8.2.2. Can you please take a look at the logs and indicate how to resolve it?

It's possible that you're seeing the same bug as reported in MPAS-Dev/MPAS-Model Issue #1150, which was fixed by PR #1152. Could you try adding the changes from commit bfdc9d20 to see whether that resolves the crash?
