NaNs at Timestep 0 for 60-km – 15-km mesh (Tropical refinement) with Noah-MP Longwave error

Hi @Ming Chen and @mgduda - I am still having the same issue with running the 60-15km tropical refined mesh posted above. Could you please help me out here?

I am facing the same issue. I am also using MPAS version 8.3.1 and cannot run with tropical mesh. The model stop instantly after the first timestep.I already followed your suggestions in this post for ERA5 but it still did not work. Please help.
