New graph.info after rotating grid?

Dear MPAS Help,

Is it necessary to create new a new graph.info file after rotating a variable-res mesh?

Since the rotation of a mesh doesn't change the connectivity of mesh elements -- only the geographic locations of mesh elements -- there's no need for a new graph.info file (which essentially just contains the information from MPAS's nEdgesOnCell and cellsOnCell fields).
