no chemical fields

Hi all, I have successfully compiled the WRF-CHEM in the ubuntu system, and I generated anthropogenic emissions using EDGAR-HTAP files as well as biogenic emissions from MEGAN, but after running real.exe, no related chemical species concentrations were generated in my wrfinput file, I suppose real.exe didn't take my anthropogenic emissions into the initiation. any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

For the MOZART chemical mechanisms, you will need to use output from a global model (e.g., CAM-Chem) for your input and boundary conditions (with chem_in_opt = 1). The mozbc tool to do so is on the NCAR website: WRF-Chem Tools for the Community | Atmospheric Chemistry Observations & Modeling

Otherwise, you will need to modify the code in module_input_chem_data.F.
