Not being able to install netcdf fortran. I am attaching the config.log file here. It says it cannot find a file netcdf.h although it exists.

It looks like you're trying to compile netCDF? If so, you'll need to contact a support person with netCDF, or perhaps a systems administrator at your institution for help on this. Unfortunately we are unable to support netCDF installations.
