nudging

Hello,
I've read the observation nudging guide and there was an example of making observation data but I have several stations. I couldn't understand well enough to make observation input data. Could I find more examples of surface awos observations made for surface obs nudging? How can I create such files? I have observations from several stations for 1 day with 10 minutes interval dataset.

I did several tests according to the findings from this forum and other web pages, yet I couldn't manage to make wrf to read observations. Here are the files, really don't understand what's wrong and see no error message to solve.
