I have been having issues with the WRF output files not having any values for meteorlogical data. I am running WRF v.4. The files have the arrays filled with zeros in them, but there still is the geo data being plotted. I am running in parallel and tried changing the number of nodes and the time step for potential issues with overloading the computer. I didn't get an error in the rsl files or in my output and error files. I also didn't have any errors when running wps and the other .exe files. I attached the rsl files in the zipped file, my namelists, and my other error files. Please let me know if you need other files.
I ran WRF successfully using the namelists and data provided, granted I had the initialization at 00Z instead of 03Z. I tried using instead of the 03Z run a 21Z run as well, and I was getting the same errors.
