PREP CHEM SRC guidance for generating gocart background fields

I would like to run WRF-Chem with chem_opt=300 and would like guidance on how to use PREP CHEM SRC utility to create the gocart background fields required. The latest version of the utility I was able to find was 1.8.3. Is there a newer version. Could someone please help me with the complete process for generating the background fields.

Hi
I was able to generate the background files. I had to use prep_chem_src=1.5 instead of 1.8.3
