Problem about update initial field

Hi all,
I want to run a global mesh model with updating initial field every 3 day. Could init_atmosphere core product a initial file combined all snippets and automatic update while running atmosphere core like updating SST?
 
I may have misunderstood the question, but if you would like to update the SST and sea-ice fraction fields periodically during the model simulation, you can do this as described in Section 8.1 and Section 7.3 of the User's Guide. If I haven't fully answered your question, though, please feel free to follow up and I'll be glad to help.
