problems while trying to use prep-chem-src to run exercise 2 and exercise 4

When I try to run exercises 2 and 4 using prep-chem-src, I encounter similar errors, it seems that some files are missing from the data I downloaded, however the data provided in the exercises I downloaded via wget should not be missing.
