Prognostic variables in MPAS

I want to double check the prognostic variables in MPAS. Would you please list all the prognostic variables in MPAS? Are qv, qc, ,qr, qi, qs, qg, and relhum prognostic variables? I know theta_m is one prognostic variable in MPAS which should be calculated through temperature, pressure and moisture. Do you have references related to microphysics in MPAS? Or any related references on theta_m and moisture calculation in MPAS? Thank you.
