PVP Parametrization

I would like to investigate the impact of PV panels on urban air temperature.

As well as I know, starting from version 4.3, WRF has this option. In version 4.3.1 it was updated.

Where can I get more information about the updated PVP parametrization? I did not find it in the guidelines.

Also, I found several studies, which used WRF to evaluate the impact of PV panels on urban climate. However, these studies were published before the WRF 4.3 release.

Thus, was it possible to consider the effect of PV panels in the previous versions of WRF?

If it was possible, then what are the differences between the PVP parametrization from WRF 4.3.1 and those from the older versions?

What are the new features of the PVP parametrization presented in the WRF 4.3.1?
