Your namelist.input seems fine. It looks like the error still occurred in the LCZ wudapt part. Can you please share your wrfinput_d01 file?

Hello, I've uploaded my wrfinput_d01 file to the box and named it as 'WRFucm_wrfinput_d01.tar'.
