You may find a lot of information about the different variables in the Registry.EM_COMMON file : WRF/Registry/Registry.EM_COMMON at master · wrf-model/WRF

If you need (and I suppose it's the case) to work with precipitation, have a look in the User Guide at "prec_acc_dt" and options : WRF/run/README.namelist at master · wrf-model/WRF

Note the total precipitation (in mm) is the sum of RAINNC, RAINC and RAINSH if shallow convection is activated. Better use PREC_ACC_* if long runs.
