real.exe error

I try to run real.exe but I get an error. How can I fix this error?

Based on some of the settings in your namelist, it looks like you may be using GFS data. If so, can you take a look at this post, and specifically the suggestion made by ManPoint at the end of the thread to see if that helps you at all?
