Regarding the list of stream_list.atmosphere.diagnostics

I would like to know if any documented file is available for the list of all parameters. Apart from that if anyone can suggest how to add any other variable that is not listed.

The MPAS-Atmosphere Model User's Guide provides brief descriptions of all model fields in Appendix D.

When you ask about adding another field that isn't listed, do you mean that you'd like to write out one of the other variables described in Appendix D; or are you interested in defining a completely new variable in the model and writing it to the diagnostics stream? If you want to write an existing variable, you only need to add its name to the "stream_list.atmosphere.diagnostics" file.

If brightness temperature is one of the variables described in Appendix D, then it's available for output. Otherwise, you'll need to compute it yourself.
