Reminder: Problems building executables WRFV4.0 (em_real)

Hi,
I posted on 27sep,2019 while i am still unable to solve it.Please help me to solve it.
I am installing WRF EM_real but not getting executable at the end.It shows some problems.
I have checked NETCDF compatibility test by following the http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTuto ... ial.php.It goes good.
Unfortunately i am unable to get Executables WRF because of ERROR 127 and ERROR 1.
Please help me to solve this issue. Find below compile.log file to understand problem.

Can you post your configure.wrf? You can usually solve this by editing the line that has LC = time $(FC) or something similar to just LC = $(FC)
