Removing Spin up and How to have 2 third domains in a second domain

There's two questions that I have long wanted to know the answers to:

1. What is the correct procedure to have two (2) third domains (d03, d03) in a second domain (d02)?
2. What are simple and effective ways to remove spin up from wrf runs?
