RTHSHTEN: theta tendency due to shallow cumulus scheme

Hello to all,

I am running WRF/CHEM version 3.4.1
with ishallow=1 and cu_physics = 5.

Although RTHCUTEN 's values look normal,
RTHSHTEN outputs only zero data/elements.

Is this normal?
Has anyone worked (or tried to work) with this variable?
