Run coupled Atmosphere-Ocean MPAS model

Dear MPAS's supporter,
I'm gonna run MPAS model with coupling atmosphere core and Ocean core, but I don't know how ton run. The first thing spring to my mind is that I run global simulation with ocean then I used output file after run ./ocean_model to input file for run atmosphere core.
Please let me know that is true or if it's wrong, please give me some suggestions!

Essentially, running MPAS-Atmosphere and MPAS-Ocean in a coupled configuration is neither possible nor supported in the current release (v7.0). For a few more details, please see this thread.
