run em_convrad with problem that all SST data are 0K.

hello!Dear expert
The output value of SST was 0K throughout the entire simulation period,not only in the wrfout but also the wrfinput file.
i use the default input_sounding with 300K surface temperature set in the first line.
Why did this happen? i need some help.
