Run WRF at 1km resolution or less / Computational limitations

Hi,

Do you know some WRF/WRF-Chem studies which reach 1km-resolution or less in the literature? And WRF-Chem scalability studies with this configuration?
Did you (try to) run the model at this resolution? Which or WRF-Chem (computational) problems or limitations you find?
