Running Ensembles in CM1

Hello....I am trying to run a small set of ensemble simulations in CM1. I want to use the same sounding, initialization method, and model set up for each of the ensembles, just add a bit of noise initially to create some spread. Is there a good or standard way that this is done in the community? Thank you!
