Running Prep-chem-src problems

I have changed my path according to the documentation but it still does not work, the error is as follows, can anyone help me?

Here I made a script that should install it.

Remove the .txt extension.

Most likely you will have to reach out to the author of that program. Since it is not maintained by NCAR/UCAR this forum may not be able to help.
