I am trying that VPRMpreproc_LCC_R99.tar to preprocess the MODIS data to be able to run WRF_CHEM further, and I have installed the data and related tools according to the related manual.
However, when I run "Now extract evi/lswi indices", I get the following error in cutToDomain.r, "...../.RDataevi.2021.1.combined is not found", but I can't find out how to get or generate this file.
How can I solve this problem.
